This open edition pin from 2015 features one of seven "Hidden Mickey" designs themed around the Genie of the Lamp from Disney’s animated Aladdin film. Released in wave B at Walt Disney World, each irregularly shaped pin showcases the Genie with a golden lamp placed below him on a solid background. The front often includes a small Hidden Mickey icon. These pins were initially obtainable only through trade with cast members. In August, pouches containing two randomly selected "Hidden Mickey" pins were sold for a fixed price. This particular pin presents Aladdin in the barber scene of the musical number “Friend Like Me,” where he is being shaved and having his hair cut by the Genie. The other common pins depict different scenes such as the Genie holding an Applause Sign, performing "A Friend Like Me," dressed as Tourist Goofy for the “Group Hug” finale, and wearing Top Hat in various musical numbers. On the reverse side, it features a silver Mickey-head waffle pattern with two nubs, accompanied by the Official Pin Trading logo. The piece is copyrighted by Disney and manufactured in China.
