Description

Released as part of the Legacy of a Dream Booster Set for re-opening Disney's California Adventure in June 2012, this open edition features Walt Disney sitting at an animator's table with a smiling expression, framed by a suitcase-shaped rim on both sides; beginning in January 2013, the collection was sold at various dealers including Disney Stores, though the original batch from May 2014 was cleared for sale at a Character Warehouse pin event. This flat matte design captures the iconic figure's character as he looks back over his shoulder, and while the set originated with an epoxy dome coating on some units, this specific iteration features only the smooth matte finish; each individual pin includes a silver Mickey-head pattern post with a single nub and bears the official Disney ©DISNEY MADE IN CHINA marking.
