This is an exclusive Cast Member DUTY Manager Award pin. It is similar in style to the Rare Disney Manager Heritage Pin which features the same styling with the Jewel inside and the image wrapped over it but this edition was much less than the Heritage making it extremely rare. Awarded in the a velvet caseDuty Manager Only PinSelect duty managers only received this special award after completing their appropriate training and then implementing it.The pin reads "Fantasy is Reality" "Duty Manager" and features Tinker Bell on top of the Ruby Gem.The rarity of this is this was only for a specific Manager group of the Duty Managers and they had to take their own courses and just because they finished the class doesn't mean they got the pin, it was only awarded once a Duty Manager actually put something they learned from training into action and had to prove it then awarded this pin
