Released in 2003 as an open edition to celebrate the holiday season, this pin features all park icons including Magic Kingdom's Castle, Epcot's Spaceship Earth, Disney's Hollywood Studios' Sorcerer Hat, and Animal Kingdom's Tree of Life. The front depicts Mickey and Goofy wearing their tool belts standing on a ladder repainting the entrance sign with text celebrating Engineering Services at Walt Disney World, flanked by the Magic Kingdom castle on either side and signed on a backer card from the Merchandise Team. Available in black metal finish with a post featuring nubs for pin trading and the ©DISNEY China emblem, this unique variation includes one specific version without park icons on the bottom banner.
