The Disney Reservation center has quarterly STAR awards for top performers. There are four levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each quarter you achieve the requirements you receive a pin First an "S" then a "T" etc. Then the process starts all over. This is the gold Donald "R" from this program. Only a handful are awarded each quarter. The pin portion of the program ended in and was replaced by medallions.It is pin on pin with a gold "R" in the center that Donald is standing in front of. He is smiling and waving his hat with his left hand. He is wearing his traditional sailor suit.The pin is /" H x /" W. The back of the pin says © Disney China, is made of gray metal and has one pinback.Goofy or Daisy are on the "S".Pluto is on the "T" for all.Tinker Bell or Mickey are on the "A" (which is represented by a star.)Donald or Jiminy Cricket are on the "R".The Platinum level pins are actually red letters.
