Released in 2013 as an open edition, this pin captures Captain Mickey Mouse dressed in his naval captain costume with a blue uniform and gold-trimmed bicorne hat adorned by a large green ostrich feather. Standing on a golden plate engraved with "TOKYO DISNEY RESORT", he wears classic white gloves and carries a telescopic pointer under his left arm. The reverse of the pin features a gold-tinted base with a single post at center, housing Mickey’s iconic ears in raised print, and Japanese Pin Collecting logo below it, followed by the trademark signature "TOKYO DISNEY RESORT ©" on the left side. Below this is the commemorative serial number N, also from Tokyo Disney Resort's anniversary celebration.
