This DSSH pin commemorates The Little Mermaid's 25th Anniversary as a surprise release featuring Ariel in a full-body mermaid pose surrounded by bubbles and globes containing portraits of Prince Eric, Ursula, Sebastian, Flounder, and Scuttle. The limited edition set was released at Disney's Ghirardelli Soda Fountain in Hollywood on November 25th after the film's worldwide debut in November 1989, restricted to only 400 pieces per day as noted on the reverse stamp.
