DS-Mickey and Minnie 'Chilling' by the Beach

Released in 2012 as an open edition, this exclusive collectible was manufactured for the DS located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center of O'ahu, Hawai'i. This pin features Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse relaxing in red sandchairs and dark pink sandchairs on a beach with coconut trees framing the duo facing the ocean; however, both characters have twisted to smile while sitting at a table holding drinks. The front is adorned with white enamel "waves," a light blue banner reading "Hawaii" in a fun font, and a special back design containing an array of shields with a D in the center surrounded by bits of pixie dust. This limited version includes the DS official seal along with text indicating "Pin Trading," "HAWAII," and copyright Disney on China, all set against a unique backdrop that distinguishes this release from standard waffle-pattern backings.
