Released in 2001 as an open edition, this pin, resembling the size and design of Cast Member recognition pins, was awarded to employees at Disneyland. It measures approximately "by ". The award marks a shift from its predecessor by featuring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck walking together prominently on the front, with the words "TEAMWORK" in white along the bottom edge. This smaller version of the DS Teamwork Award was introduced mid-year to replace the older design, which included an updated, miniature format fitting for casual wear but maintaining the legacy meaning.
