Released in 2014 as an open edition, this pin from the Disney Birds set features Donald Duck dressed as Jose Carioca, sporting a Three Caballeros outfit and looking intently at viewers with his characteristic raised fingers. The unique design includes an embedded Hidden Mickey icon on one side of the small egg-shaped pin. Originally available by trading with cast members, these pins were later offered for purchase in pouches containing two random Hidden Mickeys for a price. The set consists of six different pins that each feature a Disney bird character encased within a silver background, such as Clara Cluck, Nutsy and Trigger, Ugly Duckling, and Donald Duck. Common clumps also include Jose Carioca featured in the Silver Chaser pin showcased here. The backside bears an official Pin Trading Logo with a Silver Mickey head waffle pattern design and includes the iconic Hidden Mickey emblem, copyrighted by Disney and manufactured in China.
