Tanner Company, each pin comes packaged in a small plastic presentation box. Members of Disneyland Management nominate Cast Members based on their areas of performance: operations excellence, guest service, or cast excellence. Those nominated in two of these areas are typically awarded a Silver pin, while a strong performance in one area might elevate them to Bronze. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance across two areas, they may be considered for a Gold award, which requires a thorough review process.
