This open edition tiny pin, featuring Mickey Mouse's head, was perfectly sized to fit on a penny and used by the Disney Institute in professional development programs. The series of companion pins included features various icons relevant to the professional environment. They were distributed randomly among participants at the commencement of each program to facilitate effective team divisions without pre-determining which pins would be allocated or who they would go to.
