This limited edition pin, restricted to only 1500 pieces and released at the D's Destination D event in August of 2012, features Pinocchio from Walt Disney Archives Collection encased in an oval design with a yellow background within a storybook titled "Walt Disney's Pinocchio." The cover depicts Pinocchio pointing upward with a logo for "The Better Little Book," while the back illustrates him as a puppet on strings with Jiminy Cricket, and the interior includes text explaining the history of the licensing partnership between Walt Disney and Whitman Publishing before they expanded to Better Little Books. Mounted on a black felt card marked "ILS June" and measuring approximately 5.30 x 5.98 cm, this silver sandblast pin comes in excellent condition without any nubs or barbs. Characters featured in this set include Evil Queen, Bambi, Pinocchio, Dumbo, Mulan, and various other Disney figures available at the Walt Disney Archives Collection store.
