Description

This vintage brooch from the early 1930s is one of a pair featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse, as highlighted in Tomart's Disneyana Guide to Pin Trading. Manufactured by Brier Mfg. Co. of Providence, Rhode Island, this piece belongs to some of the earliest pins ever created. The reverse features a gold sandblasted pebble with a brooch clasp, bearing the Walt Disney copyright mark. Measuring approximately /" tall, it is included in the guide's description under an entry that has been corrected to identify Brier Mfg. Co. correctly. Originally sold for 10 cents, its current value reflects its place as one of the earliest and most valuable pieces in this iconic Disney collection.
